Ask which certificates, declarations of conformity, test reports and product instructions are available for your selected model. The documents should match the product configuration and intended market. A document for one model does not establish the compliance of every item in the range.

Timing depends on the product, quantity, customization and shipping destination. Confirm sample preparation, production completion and estimated transit time separately in the quotation. A production lead time is not an arrival date, and a mixed order may involve different schedules for individual items.

Healthcare-related items in our range include work footwear and garments such as lab coats and scrubs, alongside selected protective products. Ordinary uniforms are not automatically PPE or medical devices. Specify the intended use so the product and any required protective or medical claims can be checked.

Payment terms are agreed for the order and recorded in the quotation and pro forma invoice. Ask which options apply to your purchase, and confirm any deposit, balance payment or letter-of-credit requirements before production. Terms are not identical for every order.

Factory visits can be discussed in advance. Tell us the product category you want to review and your preferred dates so we can confirm the relevant production location and access arrangements. An office visit and a visit to a manufacturing site are different arrangements.
