Knitted Cotton Work Glove Supplier

Choose the Right cotton gloves for Your Market

Industrial cotton gloves are not one universal product. A plain knit glove may suit light handling or use as a liner, while PVC dots or a coated palm can add grip and wear resistance for a defined task. Cotton-blend and nylon styles also differ in stretch, fit, lint behavior and durability.

Cotton work gloves should not be presented as universal protection against cuts, chemicals, heat, puncture or static electricity. Those claims require a suitable glove design and evidence for the exact model.

Our Products

Choose from plain knit, PVC-dotted, coated, canvas and nylon styles. The range includes both cotton and non-cotton knitted gloves, so each product card and quotation should state the actual composition rather than describing every model as a cotton glove.

Why Choose Us

Specification by Construction

Define the fiber composition, gauge, pair weight, size, cuff and grip finish instead of ordering by a generic product name alone.

Sample-Based Approval

Approve a representative sample and agreed tolerances before bulk production, then use the approved specification as the QC reference.

OEM and Packaging Options

Discuss colors, labels, logo application, pair bundling, polybags, cartons and barcode requirements for private-label or distribution programs.

Model-Specific Documentation

Request test reports, declarations and other documents by exact model, construction and target market.

Frequently Asked Questions

Compare the actual fiber composition, knitting gauge, pair weight, dimensions, cuff and grip finish—not just the product photo or name. For OEM orders, also approve a sample, tolerances, logo method, packaging, quantity and destination-market documents before production.

Cotton is absorbent and comfortable for many light handling tasks. Cotton/polyester blends can change durability, fit and cost, while nylon or nylon/spandex knits generally offer more stretch and a closer fit. The correct choice depends on the handled surface, dexterity requirement and workplace hazards.

Gauge describes the knitting density, while pair weight indicates how much material is used in a pair. Neither value alone proves protection or durability: fiber, yarn, construction, coating and workmanship also affect performance. Approve these values together with physical samples and tolerances.

Plain knit gloves are commonly considered for light dry handling or liner use. PVC dots add localized grip, while a palm or surface coating can provide broader contact coverage. The grip pattern and coating material should be matched to the actual surface and dry, wet or oily conditions.

Not automatically. A basic cotton glove should not be selected for those hazards unless the exact model is designed for the intended risk and supported by suitable test and conformity evidence. Workplace glove selection should follow the hazard assessment and the manufacturer’s instructions.
