- Electrical protective footwear with a voltage rating above 150 V but below 2 kV without an earth connection at the heel area of the sole
- Electrical protective footwear with an insulation resistance of less than 100 MΩ when tested on the surface of the sole, adjacent to the heel area of the sole, between two current carrying conductive parts (conductive part means any part which may come into contact with an energized conductor)
