RS-16 is a reflective work T-shirt made from polyester-cotton fabric. The listed configuration includes sizes S-4XL, green, orange or other colors, 5 cm reflective tape on the arms, shoulders and waist, multiple pockets, midweight fabric, customer logo printing or embroidery and reinforced stitching.
Select and approve the sleeve length, fabric composition and weight, color, reflective material and layout, pocket configuration, garment dimensions, size grading, logo method and placement, labels, care instructions and packing on a production-representative sample before bulk production. Select either a long-sleeve or short-sleeve construction and approve the finished garment before bulk production. Sleeve length changes the available background and reflective-material area, tape placement, mobility, heat comfort and size grading, so the quoted sleeve design must match the sample, technical specification and product images.
Green, orange or reflective tape alone does not prove a high-visibility garment class. Publish EN ISO 20471, CE, high-visibility, quick-dry, breathable, anti-wrinkle or anti-pilling claims only when model-specific reports cover the approved RS-16 fabric, color, sleeve construction, reflective layout and full size range.
